How to Apply 5 Year Ceramic Coating

• Start with a fully decontaminated, dry surface.
• Wipe down with DIY Detail Panel Prep or apply C6 Adhesion Promoter.
• Wearing gloves in a well-ventilated area, prime the applicator pad with 8–10 drops, then use 1–2 drops per panel.
• Apply in a circular motion to one panel at a time (e.g., a front fender).
• Apply to the full vehicle, then return to level within 30 minutes of application.
• Watch for the oil-slick transition — when ~50% of the surface clears, begin leveling.
• Level with a short-nap towel. If the towel drags or feels wet, wait 1 more minute.
• Follow up with a Freebird 400 Towel for a flawless finish.
• Allow 1 hour before rain exposure.
• Wait 3 days before washing with DIY Detail Rinseless Wash.
